Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and delivery location or your order. In-stock and ready-to-ship items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date and you can then decide if you would like to proceed with your purchase. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number which will provide up-to-date delivery information for you to track your order. We generally ship via UPS or FedEx ground for all in-stock items. For those items that are made-to-order, we will provide you with approximate ship dates at the earliest possible date. For oversized items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will be provided an approximate ship date once we receive that date by the manufacturer.
Please note, all standard delivery options are door front delivery only and we do not provide in-house delivery or set up. Should you require assistance in lifting or assembling, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you in setting up a white glove delivery service for an additional fee.
Changes to your order may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hour period has expired, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes, alterations or additions to your order.
Currently we do not ship internationally, but are working towards this goal in the near future.
All sales are final. If you have questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to email@example.com PRIOR to your purchase and we will do our best to assist you with your needs. Our team members will be more than happy to provide you with further descriptions, measurements or images if possible. Due to the nature of our antique, vintage, handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces, items may vary slightly in patina, design or size and are not to be considered defects or damaged.
Manufacturer Defects & Damaged Goods:
Manufacturer defects or damage that occurs during the delivery process must be reported within the first 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for refund or replacement consideration. Please direct all claims to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and include first/last name, order number as well as detailed images of the damaged item.
Defects that are not apparent upon delivery and manifest over time, including both physical and functional, must be reported within 5 days of receipt. After this period of time, we cannot guarantee credit or replacement. Each claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please take into consideration that many of our products are made by hand using non-factory made and antique/vintage materials. These items are considered unique and the aging process that is expected with these items are not viewed as defective but rather part of their character.
